INTRODUCTION

By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.BOOKING TERMS

1.1 Bookings for daytrip tours can be made directly on our website or by contacting us.

1.2 Bookings for multiday tours must be confirmed by contacting us to check availability. We respond to enquiries within 24–48 business hours by email, or within 24 hours via WhatsApp.

2.DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT

2.1 Multiday Tours: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

2.2 Daytrip Tours: A 10% deposit may be required for reservations made by request.

2.3 Final payment for multiday tours must be received at least 30 days before your tour date. Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

3.AIRFARE / FLIGHT TICKET

  • We do not include international or domestic airfare in our packages unless stated. Any flight arrangements are the guest’s responsibility.

4.PAYMENT METHOD & TERM

We offer multiple payment options:

  • Bank Transfer (MYR only): No extra charge from us.

  • Wise Transfer: No extra charge from us. Wise usually offers better exchange rates and lower fees than banks. You must set up your own Wise account.

  • Credit/Debit Card: Processed securely via iPay88 with a 2% processing fee.

  • PayPal: 4% processing fee applies.

  • ATOME “Buy Now, Pay Later”: 6% processing fee applies.

  • Alipay+: For guests from China; please arrange payment time in advance and ensure your e-wallet has sufficient funds and your bank is informed. You may also visit our office to pay with Alipay+.

  • Cash: Accepted at our office for daytrip tours.

Important:

  • All payments are processed in MYR. If you pay in a different currency, your bank may charge currency exchange or transfer fees — these costs are the client’s responsibility.

  • Please ensure you cover all transfer fees so we receive the full amount.

  • If the amount received is less than invoiced, you must pay the balance upon arrival in Sabah.

  • If the amount received is more, we will refund the extra or you may use it for merchandise in our gift shop.

5.CANCELLATION BY GUEST

5.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
5.2 Refunds for cancellations will be as follows:

  • 45+ days before tour date: 100% refund minus bank/credit card fees.

  • 30–44 days: 80% refund minus fees.

  • 15–29 days: 50% refund minus fees.

  • 7–14 days: No refund of deposit; partial refund at our discretion.

  • 6 days or less / no show: No refund.

6.TOUR POSTPONEMENT

You may request to postpone your tour subject to availability. Additional costs may apply if rates increase. If your new tour/accommodation is cheaper, no refund will be given.

7.REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

No refund will be made for unused services once the tour has commenced.

8.PARTICIPANT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Please inform us in advance if you have any medical condition or special requirement. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee special arrangements.

9.TRAVEL DOCUMENT & VISA

Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and health documents. We are not liable for any issues caused by failure to have the required documents.

10.TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, personal liability, and loss/damage of luggage.

11.CONFIDENTIOLITY

We will keep your personal information confidential in line with our Privacy Policy.

12.RISH MANAGEMENT

Some of our tours involve wildlife and outdoor activities in remote areas. By booking, you accept the risks involved and agree to follow your guide’s instructions at all times.

13.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

14.FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be held responsible for any changes, cancellations, or losses due to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

15.POSSIBLE CHANGES

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, and services due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.

16.GUEST'S COMMENTS

We welcome your feedback to improve our services. You may submit reviews via our Feedback Page.

17.WEBSITE CONTENT

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on this website is error-free. We reserve the right to update information at any time.

18.WEBSITE TOUR RATES

All rates shown on our website are in MYR unless otherwise stated. Rates may change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, or other factors.

19.RESTRICTION ON USE

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without written consent.

20.ACCESS TO THE SITE

We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or error-free.

21.LINKS

This site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

22.COPYRIGHT

All content is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

23.NO WARRANTIES

All information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We use secure payment gateways but cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access beyond our control.

27.USE OF SITE FROM OUTSIDE MALAYSIA

Guests accessing our website from outside Malaysia are responsible for compliance with local laws.
