PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1

CASH PAYMENT

We accept cash payments. After making a tour booking, you may visit our office at Grand Merdeka Mall.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Bring your tour confirmation.
  2. Pay either a 50% tour deposit or the full tour fee.
  3. Receive your payment receipt.

Note: Please make an appointment before visiting, so we can be prepared for your arrival.

OPTION 2

BANK TRANSFER

Once you receive your tour confirmation and invoice from us, you may proceed with the deposit payment or full fee payment via online bank transfer. Please make sure to save the payment receipt and send it to us via WhatsApp or email.

NOTE: Please include your invoice number in the reference section.

OPTION 3

ALIPAY +

After receiving your booking confirmation and tour invoice, you may schedule an appointment with us for Alipay payment. We will use an Alipay+ payment terminal to process your payment, and our terminal will scan your QR code.

Follow these steps:

  1. Add us on WeChat or WhatsApp to start a conversation.
  2. Set a payment appointment.
  3. Send us your Alipay QR code.
  4. We will use our payment terminal to charge your Alipay account.
  5. Receive your receipt and keep it as proof of payment.

NOTE: Please ensure that your Alipay account has sufficient balance and no restrictions.

We also accept other e-wallet payments, including Boost, Spay, GrabPay, and several others.
