PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

Daytrip Tours: Pay securely by credit card or debit card on our website (2% processing fee applies) or pay in cash at our office.

Multiday Tours: Pay by bank transfer (MYR only, no extra charge from us), Wise transfer (no extra charge from us), credit/debit card via secure payment link (2% fee), PayPal (4% fee), ATOME “Buy Now, Pay Later” (6% fee), or Alipay+ for guests from China.

SECURE PAYMENT LINK

For multiday tours, once you confirm your booking, we will send you a secure online payment link by email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder). If you do not receive it within 48 business hours, please contact us immediately.

ACCEPTED CARDS & CURRENCY

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and major debit/credit cards for international guests.

• Payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• If your card is in a different currency, your bank may charge you a currency conversion fee in addition to our 2% processing fee.

PAYPAL

We accept payments via PayPal, which incurs a 4% processing fee added to your invoice total. PayPal is ideal for guests who prefer this trusted international method.

ATOME - Buy now, Pay later

We accept ATOME, a “Buy Now, Pay Later” service. This option incurs a 6% processing fee on your total amount.

Please make sure you have an active ATOME account before choosing this option.

ALIPAY+

We also accept Alipay+ for guests from China who prefer to pay using their e-wallet.

• Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable payment time.
• Make sure your Alipay+ account has enough balance and that your bank is informed of your transaction limit.
• Once ready, we will arrange a live payment session where you can share your QR code and we will process your payment securely through our terminal.
• You may also visit our office in Sabah to make your payment with Alipay+ in person.

BANK TRANSFER

We accept bank transfers in MYR only, with no extra charge from us.

• Overseas guests may pay in USD, but once funds reach our Malaysian account, they will automatically be converted to MYR by your bank.
• Your bank may charge currency exchange and transfer fees — these costs are the client’s responsibility.
• Always ensure you cover any bank fees so we receive the full amount shown on your invoice.
• If the final amount received is less than your invoice, we will collect the remaining balance when you arrive in Sabah.
• If the amount is more than your invoice, we will refund you the extra or you may exchange the balance for merchandise or souvenirs in our gift shop.

WISE TRANSFER

Wise (formerly TransferWise) is a great option for overseas guests who want to save on bank fees:

• No extra charge from us for Wise transfers.
• Wise usually offers lower transfer fees and better exchange rates than banks.
• You will need to set up a Wise account to use this option — it’s fast and secure.
• Any Wise transfer fees or exchange rate costs are the client’s responsibility.
• The same rule applies: if the final amount we receive is less than your invoice, we’ll collect the difference on arrival. If it’s more, we’ll refund you or you can use the extra in our gift shop.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

• Daytrip Tours: Full payment can be made online anytime before your tour date.
• Multiday Tours: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The final balance must be paid at least 30 days before your tour date.
• Late payments may result in booking cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

PAYMENT AND TRANSFER FEE

• We do not charge hidden fees for bank or Wise transfers.
• Credit/debit card payments incur a 2% processing fee.
• PayPal payments incur a 4% processing fee.
• ATOME “Buy Now, Pay Later” incurs a 6% processing fee.
• Alipay+ does not incur an extra processing fee from us, but please make sure your e-wallet and bank are ready for your transaction.
• Any additional bank, Wise, currency exchange, or international fees must be covered by you.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All online card payments are processed through iPay88, a secure and trusted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our website.
