  • Daytrip Tours — Most of our daytrips can be booked directly through our website.
    Available dates are shown on each tour page.
  • Multiday Tours — Contact us first to check availability for your travel dates.

Daytrip Tours

  • Pay a small deposit (10%) or full payment directly through our secure website booking system.

  • Prefer cash? You can also pay at our office — just let us know in advance.

Multiday Tours

  • Once your dates are confirmed, we’ll send you a secure payment link for your 50% deposit.

  • We accept:

    • Local bank transfers (MYR only)

    • Wise transfer to our local bank account (from overseas)

    • International credit/debit card payments (via secure iPay88 link)

Your payment is safe — we use trusted online payment systems for your peace of mind.

Once your payment is received:

  1. You’ll get a booking confirmation and official receipt by email.
  2. For multiday tours, we’ll share your detailed itinerary, packing tips, and useful info to help you prepare.

If you paid a deposit:

  1. Your remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days before your tour starts.
  2. We’ll send you a reminder with a secure payment link for your convenience.
  • We understand that plans can change — we’re flexible whenever possible!
  • Please read our Terms & Conditions for details about our refund and postponement policies.
  • For postponement, changes are subject to availability and any additional costs.
